The Impact of Lactic Competence by Taking Ginseng Capsules to Improve Speed Endurance and Some Physiological Variables of 12 Scientific Preparatory Female Students

Abstract
The importance of the research based on using of medical plants which is nowadays consider as one of the dependable applied in sport and physical training field and in other sciences , as nutrition interlinked with sport for the health for its important role to control weight and body structure . Intraining the nutrition play a major role of the ability toleratetraining, delay fatigue,and speed up recovery. To know its impact on physical and physiological variables related to performance. The research endeavor to set lactic exercises by taking Ginseng capsules to improve physical and physiological variable of 12th grade female students to promote the performance level. The research assume there is a positive effect of taking Ginseng capsules with a regulated prepared training program to develop speed endurance and some of the physiological variables of the 12th grade students . The researchers adopted the experimental method of equal groups , the research target 60 students of 20 years , the Lactic speed endurance exercises were applied on the experimental group after taking Ginsengcapsules for eight weeks with three training session in one week , the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)Program. The researchers come to the most important conclusion that lactic speed endurance exercises with taking ginseng capsules has a positive effect on speed endurance and some of physiological variables among 12th grade students. The researcher recommend to carry out studies like this one on other classes in taking Ginseng capsules in order to improve physical competence and to study the interconnection between physiological variables.
