The Effect of Quality Exercises Using the Partial Gradual and Partial Pure Learning Methods on Learning Backstroke for Female Students

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the effect of quality exercises with the partial gradual and partial pure learning methods in learning backstroke for female students. The research sample consisted of (12) third-year female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Saladin University, and the sample was divided into two experimental groups, the group The first experimental trial consisted of (6) female students who learned specific exercises using a gradual partial learning method, The second group also consisted of (6) female students who learned with specific exercises in the pure partial learning method and applied these two methods for a period of (5) weeks, two units per week, and a time of (90) minutes per educational unit. The results of the research showed that using specific exercises in the gradual partial and pure partial learning methods He has a major and positive role in learning backstroke for female students, In addition to the superiority of the first experimental group that learned with specific exercises in the gradual partial learning method over the second group that learned with specific exercises in the pure partial learning method, the researcher recommended the necessity of adopting specific exercises in both the gradual partial learning and pure partial learning methods in the educational units for backstroke swimming for female students, in addition to emphasizing the use of exercises. The quality of the gradual partial learning method in learning backstroke and other types of swimming.
