Abstract

Muscle strength is a key factor and a key factor in the skillful performance of training and competition with the difference in the degree of reliability in sports, including handball. The specialists in the field of training agree on the importance of speed strength for sports games and events, as the power of speed plays an important role as one Basic qualities of the physical components that distinguish sports activities such as the enemy and the jump and jump up and correction of the handball. Through the experience of the researcher as a player and coach noted the lack of interest of most of the trainers using the various scientific training methods in the development of speed-specific power, which adversely affected their levels in the fast play, especially in the rapid attack, which is an effective weapon handball modern to raise the capabilities of young players and their ability to serve optimally , So he saw the use of the methods of training the stations to know its impact in the development of power characteristic of speed and some of the basic skills of handball and the goal of the research to:

  1. Learn about the impact of the training curriculum in the style of stations on the development of speed-specific power and some of the basic skills of young players handball.
  2. Identify the speed-specific power and some basic skills of handball beginners.

      The researcher used the experimental method because it deals with the influential phenomenon and its causes. The research society included the players of the youth class of the Maysan oil club in handball where they numbered 30 players and the whole society was taken in a comprehensive manner to be the sample of the research. The sample was divided into two groups ) Equally for each group (12). The main conclusions were:

1 - There are significant differences between pre - and post - test and physical tests and tests of the skill group.

2 - There are significant differences between pre - and post - test and in physical tests and tests of the skill group control.

3 - the existence of random differences between the tribal and remote testing of the control group in the test Tabtba.

4 - There is a preference for the experimental group with remote tests and in physical tests and technical tests.
