Technical Configuration Problems in External Fencing Paintings in Primary Schools in Babil Province
Problems of technical training in drawing fencing in primary schools in Babil Governorate.
The wall paintings of the fences of primary schools indicate that there is a deficiency in highlighting the aesthetic characteristics that make the fence of the school something striking in its distinctive form through its visual properties, but the expression of these murals suggests the form is absent from the content, especially that this form is inspired by drawings of textbooks or cartoon characters It has no connection to local content or contemporary heritage. Therefore, he lacks the aesthetic values studied in relation to the environment of the student. Therefore, the research is concerned with the study of the problems of technical formation in external fencing drawings in primary schools in Babil Governorate.
The research is divided into four chapters dealing with the first chapter of the research methodology of the problem of research, which was determined by the following question (What are the problems of technical composition in the fencing drawings in primary schools in Babil province)?
The objective of the research is to identify the problems of technical formation in the external fencing drawings in primary schools in Babil Governorate.
The research also included an analysis of the research limits for the academic year (2016-2017) and the placement of public primary school buildings in the center of Babil / Al-Hadar governorate. And objectively to study the problems of technical formation in the fencing drawings in the center of Babil province.
The second chapter dealt with the theoretical framework which consists of two sections.
1- Elements of technical training in architecture.

The researcher examined the research society (primary school buildings - Hilla Center), which is (72) schools and sample of the research (8) school buildings. The researcher applied the tool after completing its conditions on the research sample.
The fourth chapter concerned the results, conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
