Abstract

This research talks about the White Revolution in Iran, which was launched as a reformist revolution by the Shah of Iran Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in 1963. The education sector was one of those aspects of the reforms, which helped to expand and increase the number of primary and secondary schools and universities. During the decade 19631973, the construction of many educational institutions and increase the numbers of students and teachers and the opening of literacy schools to eradicate illiteracy in most cities and villages of Iran, as well as the printing of new curricula commensurate with the developments in the country after the White Revolution
