Abstract

 


The research aims to reveal the social, positive and negative impact of the cell phone, and try to understand and change the interrelationships between the phenomenon of cell phone use and the social and cultural life, and to identify the most important modern technological technologies and their impact on the life of society. The method used by the study is the social survey, which is carried out via simple observation, field interviews, a questionnaire, and some statistical means. The research chooses the study population from the students of the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon, and a sample of (100) students are selected.
