The National Rally of Independents (NRA) is one of the most important Moroccan parties that emerged in the political arena after the 1977 legislative elections, which emerged as one of the royal parties of King Hassan II. The RNP had a role in Moroccan political life, especially its positions on some internal and external issues The most important of which was his position on the agreement of Oujda on August 13, 1984, signed by Morocco with Libyan President Moamer Kadhafi, as well as his position on the meeting of Evran on 21-22 July 1986, which brought together Moroccan King Hassan II and Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres .Arab Maghreb, which was in the 17 to 19 February 1989, as well as his position on the Western Sahara issue and its repercussions on the regional level.
