Requirements for The Achievement of Contractual Justice Comparative Study

Abstract
Contractual justice between the parties has only basic requirements and is complementary to the intended benefit of the contract , without the modification or completion of the contract or the exclusion of the arbitrary condition . as well , the contractual justice is not available without the contract when it is concluded and implemented in line with the principle of good faith and public order as complementary requirements to contractual justice. While correcting the contract by excluding the arbitrary clause and completing the contract content are essential requirements for the achievement of contractual justice.
