Abstract
The boundaries of the mind is one of the most important dimensions of personality which is a linear variable ranging from thick borders characterized by differentiation of thoughts and feelings and separation, and thin borders characterized by fluidity and the integration of ideas and feelings and perceptions and the tendency to imagine and dreams, the study aimed to identify the boundaries of the mind among the preparatory of the distinguished and their ordinary peers.The researcher used the descriptive approach and the sample of the study reached (410) students from the research community. The researcher adopted the scale (Hartmann, 1998) and translated into Arabic by (Al-Abbas, 2012), The Validity(translation, Face Validity, and construction) Stability using retest and internal consistency Alpha Cronbach To extract the results of the research, the researcher used T-test for one sample and analysis of binary variance. The study also showed the level of the boundaries of the mind of The preparatory stage students.Statistically significant differences in the level of the boundaries of the mind of The preparatory stage according the existence of statistically significant differences in the boundaries of the mind between the students of the middle school for the benefit of outstanding students, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences in the boundaries of the mind between the students of the preparatory stage and for the benefit of females.
