Abstract

The Climate is one of the most influential elements of the natural environment in the construction of transport routes and the extension of its transportation and communication, whether directly from the material from which the roads are made and which must be commensurate with the prevailing thermal characteristics The seasonal change, or the means adopted in transport and its suitability for the prevailing climatic conditions, so the characteristics of the climates of temperature, wind, rain, fog and dust storms are specific factors of transport and its development.
