Several technological innovations and their applications were addressed: augmented reality, reality Virtual, the Internet, and mobile, and social networking applications. The research focused on alternatives to investing these applications in empowering the Arab child. Results indicated the prevalence of internet addictions, ideological violations, and distortion of aesthetic values. A five-dimension scenario was proposed for investing in contemporary technology to empower the Arab child comprising methodological, educational, training, legislative, and media dimensions.
