Abstract

The research adopted a scientific methodology by explaining the relationship between human rights and the nature of political life in the central Maghreb in the era of the Zayani state. In the Middle Maghreb as a variable explained through what has been The research dealt with it in its various paragraphs, and a number of different components and classes of society were selected to find out the relationship of correlation and impact between the concept of human rights and the political and social life in that society, and in the light of the results of the analysis and logical interpretation of the course of political life in the era of the Zayani state, a set of conclusions and facts that It showed the characteristics and characteristics that defined and highlighted the features of public life in its various fields in Moroccan society.


The researcher tried, through his review of the research variables and its paragraphs, to show the real and realistic picture that prevailed at the time in light of the political and social conditions that Moroccan society lived through in the era of the Zayani state, which was ruled by a group of sultans, princes and kings to describe the philosophy and ideology that those sultans believed in and its reflection On the course of life in various fields, especially with regard to spreading the atmosphere and opening the way for the various components of society to exercise their civil and political rights, especially those brought by Islam, and to express those freedoms in the field of practicing public life.
