Abstract

The study focused on the poetry of Al-Ahaimar Al-Saadi, one of the famous poets and a veteran of the Umayyad and Abbasid eras. Which cast shadows on his poetry in word, meaning, style and image .

The characteristics of the personality of Al-Ahaimar passed through a variety of social roles and oscillated between the tendency to the phenomenon of slapping and repentance for it and the impact of this on the diversity of his poetic experience and the direction of poetic discourse and its expressive methods: Synthetic, semantic, acoustic, and pictorial .
