Meanings and Implications of the Will in the Holy Qur'an

Abstract

This study deals with the meanings and implications of the will in the Glorious Qur'an.  It includes two chapters. The first one is devoted to the research problem, its importance, purpose, and limits, and defines the most important terms of it.  The second chapter is devoted to studying the meanings and connotations of the will in the Glorious Qur'an, and has four sections. The first section deals with the categories of the testators in the Glorious Qur'an, while the second section deals with the categories of the heirs in the Glorious Qur'an. The third section is concerned with the categories of the heirloom in the Glorious Qur'an. In the last section, the categories of those who receive the will in the Glorious Qur'an are specified. Then, there are the research conclusions in addition to the recommendations and suggestions, and finally the list of sources.
