Abstract

The constitutions of all countries always try to push for the independence of the constitutional judiciary and keep it away from the dominance of the legislative authority, as well as far from partisan and political rivalries. This is one of the basics and necessities of the work of the judiciary.

The work of the constitutional judiciary is a evaluative act, not a demolishing authority whose goal is to defend the constitution from all legislation that tries to ignore it or cross it, violating the basic rights and freedoms of individuals.
